Unlike an open platform or an app for contractors, our self-employed associates' professions are validated by our experts to match the best output as expected by the employers. Employers can hire our associates to start their brand new &/or or a left over role or an assignment or a project.

We offer performance based services to our clients (employers) and associates (self-employed professionals). If the self-employed professional is unable to perform within the stipulated agreed period of timeframe, we offer a no-cost replacement to the employer/s and another suitable employment to our associate/s.

We support and promote self-employability. The employment periods (assignments) may vary from 2-3 months up to 12-15 months in various business domains from the employers across the UK. The timeframe to hire our self-employed associates is 7 working days from the day of signing up with us. Our management / consulting charges will be a flat fee instead of the industry norm of % of wages.
